Created by the Centres of Asia-Pacific Excellence, Aotearoa Explorers is a browser-based learning tool aimed at ākonga in years 5–8. It’s available in English and te reo Māori. The game is designed to spark interest in the countries, cultures and unique attributes of the Asia-Pacific region. The teacher support material contains information and ideas to inspire you to build on your students’ in-game experiences, linking to deeper learning about what it means to be a global citizen.
